At LifeSpan we understand that chronic pain management can be quite expensive. Only you can decide what is fair when it comes to out-of-pocket costs for your health care. While most insurance companies are not covering the costs for Prolotherapy, PRP and Stem Cell therapy treatments, we are nonetheless seeing many patients turning to injection therapy as a nonsurgical, natural and often-times MORE EFFECTIVE alternative for chronic pain management.

Patients occasionally tell us that they would prefer to have their insurance companies pay for MAJOR surgery, rather than pay "out-of-pocket" for the less invasive, less risky and more effective Regenerative therapies. The truth is that, in most cases, a "free surgery" is much more costly than our treatment. Expenses from surgery can be monetary or non-monetary. The non-monetary costs of major surgical intervention include: general anesthesia, risk of infection, failure of the procedure, time off work/ losing one's job, permanent disability, physical therapy, and in rare cases, death.

We believe the benefits of Prolotherapy, PRP and Stem Cell Therapy treatments justify the out-of-pocket expense and offer a better, safer, less complicated alternative, to major surgery. Our goal is to provide you with the finest level of care possible. We are happy to help you attempt to get reimbursement from your insurance company. Fee Guidelines:

Private Consultation with Dr. Daniel Goodman

• Anti-Aging/Hormone consult: $500/hour
• PRP/stem cell/pain consult: $200 for 45-60 minutes

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) Therapy - for chronic pain, "soft tissue" orthopedic conditions, and aesthetic procedures.

• PRP first treatment session: $900
• 2 session treatment regime: $1800*
• 3 session Treatment regime: $2700*
• Additional prolotherapy injections (same session): $200

Stem Cell Therapy - for chronic pain/orthopedic conditions, erectile dysfunction and hair regrowth.

• Stem Cell/PRP combined injection treatment for ONE joint (or ONE major area): $5500
• One additional joint during the SAME visit (eg. BOTH knees, or one hip and one knee): $1000 extra

**The number of treatments needed is dependent on a patient’s health and age.

Prolotherapy - "Non-blood" injections to stimulate natural regenerative healing

• Prolotherapy first area: $350
  
• Additional areas (same session) $150
  
• Typical treatment regime is 6-8 sessions.

Note:For all procedures, repeat treatments are typically scheduled 8-12 weeks apart.

**There will be a $75 charge for any appointment that is cancelled less than 24hrs before the agreed upon date/time.
